Provided that, a retired Chief Engineer(Electrical)/ Chief General Manager(Electrical) of Distribution License applying for the post of Chairperson of the Forum shall not have been in the employment in any capacity under, or agency of, the Distribution License for minimum period of three (3) years prior to being appointed Chairperson of the Forum. |
